HSM Driving lessons booking service INFO

• HSM Driving Lessons offers online booking for up to 8 weeks in advance for single or regular driving lessons. For longer term or to reserve a regular time slot please use our availability checking service here.
• Our booking service is hosted by a third party called Total Drive and a payment processing service via Adyen.  If making a payment via the Total Drive booking service they charge a non-refundable booking fee which will be clearly shown prior to asking for any payment information.
• If you would prefer to book without a booking fee you can do so via Bank Transfer. Please contact us for our bank details.
• If you are are new student, we will contact you to confirm the booking before it is accepted.
• We will require you to provide us with details of your eligibility to drive. This is normally in the form of a driving licence and a “Check Code‘ provided by the DLVA.
• There is a 48 hour cancellation policy which applies to all bookings. You can cancel your booking a receive a refund (less any booking fee) as long as at least 48 hours notice is given.
• Currently we only can accept bookings from from specific areas within the WD3 postcode area.  If you live outside that area but can travel to meet your instructor then please contact us.
